Donnie helped me purchase my home recently and he was a dream. I had no idea what I was doing, but he helped me find my way around this complicated process and I closed last week. Could not have done it without him and his expertise. Do not hesitate to do business with Donnie. He made it super easy and was incredibly responsive and communicative. Donnie & Kathryn are the best in the business! I had a bad experience with another lender and my realtor had Donnie call me. Their patience, guidance, and encouragement made the entire process so much less overwhelming. Donnie and Kathryn are great!! I have used Donnie in the past and he’s been great both times. All of my siblings have used him for their home purchases as well. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Donnie and his team were absolutely amazing in securing a mortgage for our new investment home! I couldn't have asked for an easier experience.
